Terms for using the Valentra Labs website
These are the standard terms for using the Valentra Labs website. They cover the agreement to use the site, the intellectual property it contains, what uses are and are not acceptable, how the sample Decision Packet shown on the site is licensed, and the governing law. They are published so that buyers, partners, and visitors can complete procurement intake forms that ask for them. The effective and last-updated dates are shown above; the terms may be updated, and continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
Terms of service
The Valentra Labs website is provided for general business-information purposes. It describes the Valentra Nexus platform and how Valentra Labs approaches cybersecurity program operations; it is not an offer, a contract, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a commercial relationship on its own. The site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use the site. Valentra Labs may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site, and may revise these terms, at any time — the effective and last-updated dates above reflect the current version.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, layout, and source of this site, together with the Valentra Labs and Valentra Nexus names and marks, are owned by Valentra Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. This includes the “Generated by Valentra Nexus” mark, which appears on every artifact the platform generates — the Decision Packet mirror, the Lifecycle diagram, the Framework Alignment Grid, and the Exposure Signal Board — to identify it as Valentra-produced. No license to copy, reuse, reproduce, or create derivative works from Valentra content or marks is granted except as expressly stated in writing. You may view and share links to the site for ordinary business purposes.
Acceptable use
Access the site only in lawful, good-faith ways. In particular, you may not:
scrape, harvest, or carry out bulk extraction of the site’s content;
access the site through automated means — bots, crawlers, or scripted agents — without Valentra Labs’ prior written consent. Search engines that crawl and index the site for ordinary search results, and other agents acting within the site’s
robots.txtdirectives, are permitted;submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other patient data through any form on the site. The site is built to process no PHI, and every free-text form carries the same instruction: “Do not include patient information.”
These are usage restrictions, not statements about technical enforcement. Any use that interferes with the site’s normal operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or infringes the rights of Valentra Labs or others is also prohibited.
Decision Packet sample-data licensing
The site shows a sample Decision Packet, pkt_2026-04-17_a3f8e1,
to demonstrate the format of the artifacts the platform produces. This sample
is illustrative only. It does not represent a real customer,
a real engagement, or real risk data, and it must not be relied on as such — it
exists solely to show how a Decision Packet is structured. It is provided for
viewing on this site and is not licensed for reuse.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the site, are governed by the laws of [State / jurisdiction — to be confirmed at legal review], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The governing jurisdiction is being finalized and will be stated here once confirmed.
